These Terms govern your access to our website and your purchase/use of our software, services, and subscriptions. By using our site or buying/activating a license, you agree to these Terms.
You represent a business or are acting for one. The Services are not for personal or children's use.
You must have authority to bind your employer or company.
Keep your account and license keys confidential. You're responsible for all activity under them.
Tell us promptly about any suspected misuse or security issue.
Prices are shown before checkout. GST and applicable taxes are added as required by law.
We may change prices prospectively.
If a price or billing error occurs, we may correct it and issue a refund or additional charge with notice.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel any time to stop future renewals. Current periods are handled per our Refund Policy.
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy posted on the website. That policy is part of these Terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your business during the paid term and within the purchased limits (users, devices, tenant).
Restrictions: No resale, sublicensing, public posting of keys, reverse engineering, or circumvention of technical controls, except where permitted by law.
Open-source: The software may include components under separate open-source licenses. Those licenses govern those components.

You own your Customer Data. We process it to provide the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
For password reset/identity features, we access only the directory attributes needed to perform the requested actions. We do not store your directory password.
If required, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available for B2B customers.
We provide commercially reasonable efforts to keep services available and secure.

We retain all rights in the Services, software, and content. You retain all rights in your trademarks, logos, and Customer Data.
You grant us a limited right to display your company name and logo as a customer unless you opt out in writing.
If you send suggestions or ideas, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction.
You will comply with applicable laws, including India's DPDP Act 2023, IT Act/Rules, and export controls. You confirm you are not on any sanctions list.
The Services and software are provided "as is" and "as available."
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for all claims in a 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid to us for that period for the affected Service.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions; your rights may vary.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or infringement caused by your content, configuration, or integrations.
We may suspend or terminate for cause (e.g., overdue amounts, security risk, legal request, or breach).
On termination, your license ends and you must stop using the software and delete copies as instructed. Some sections survive (fees owed, IP, privacy, disclaimers, liability limits).
We may update the Services and these Terms. We will post changes with a new "Effective date." Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict rules.
Exclusive venue: courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
